The delivery of products ordered in the Sofiamichelle.hu webshop is carried out by MPL and Csomagkuldo.hu courier service.
DELIVERY INFORMATION:
The delivery charge does not include the delivery of the goods upstairs.
Please provide a delivery address where you can collect the parcel.
If the driver cannot find anyone at the address, he leaves a notice. You can call the phone number on the notice to reschedule a second delivery.
If the parcel cannot be delivered a second time, it will be returned to the Service Provider and the order will be cancelled.
DELIVERY TIME:
5 working days for products in stock. In case the product is not in stock, the delivery time may vary.
If the product is also out of stock at the importer's or, in the case of goods that we purchase from abroad, sometimes longer delivery times (3-4 weeks) may be necessary due to the delivery from abroad.
